Eric Carr was the best drummer ever. And Bruce Kulick is such an under rated guitarist it's unreal. Some of the solos from the no-makeup era are insane.

The band I was in back in the mid-late 80's, we did this song occasionally, at this speed, and I sang it, too. It was a song that took us a few practices to nail getting the vocals right. Running though it with no vocals was easy. As a drummer you know that timing is everything. You won't want to forget the lyrics, either! No teleprompter, or IPad to run them for you in 1988. Eric's kit was bigger than mine, too. I ran 13 drums and 10 cymbals. All Ludwig and Paiste gear, except for a Slingerland snare. Today I still play Ludwig and Paiste equipment.
I can't believe they didn't include this concert as part of Kissology 2... it was an awesome concert and really showcased Eric's talents as both a drummer and a singer. His solo in this concert is one of my favourites. This guy was not only a great drummer, but a great human being too. We will never forget him.
