Fender Strap Lock Installation On Gretsch

My Gretsch came fitted with bulky strap buttons that I didn't like and they were coming loose, so I installed Fender's basic Strap Locks. Check these and other strap locks out here:

You don't put the strap over the gretsch stap " button" is a lock. You unscrew it, put the strap on, then screw the lock back on.
I do prefer the style you installed though. Good video

Many thanks! Just received a beautiful Gretsch as a gift from my friend and your video convinced me that I should replace the strap buttons. I already have the same lock system on my two Fender guitars.
