    I'm out of a codependent marriage. 3 kids who never want to see me again. I wish I had known all this information 20 years ago. She labels me as a narcissist. She broke me down over years with shame, violence and any means at her disposal including her interpretation of what a 'real' Christian is. I walked away from her 1 year ago. I'm so glad I came across Owen. Thank you for helping me

    No public speaker or influencer will probably ever come close to Owen.
    The only guy whose talks I can sit and listen even when its 3 hours long. People who don't know about this guy, have no idea what they are missing on.
    I know I sound like a fanboy, but its just pure facts.
    Thank you for existing Owen. You changed my life for the better so much!

    I'm genuinely intrigued by your unique interpretation of the Bible-it unveils profound insights that make the text incredibly powerful. Reading it through your lens opens up new depths of understanding. However, when I've shared these interpretations with other Christians, they often seem resistant or unwilling to consider a different perspective. It raises the question: if the Bible is truly meant to guide people, shouldn't its profound messages be accessible to everyone? Expecting that all individuals have the time or resources to explore and interpret it so deeply seems unrealistic. If only a privileged few who can study it extensively gain real value from it, perhaps it's not fulfilling its purpose as a universal guide for all.

      This is akin to critiquing a pull up bar as an ineffective tool for growth because some people are too fat to do pull ups. It's you. It's not the bar.

    • @ErickAsteriason
      @ErickAsteriason 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@phoenixjones7191 I understand the point you're trying to make with the pull-up bar analogy, but I think it doesn't quite fit the situation. A pull-up bar is a physical tool that, while challenging for some, offers a clear path to improvement through consistent effort and practice. Everyone knows what a pull-up bar is for, and with time, most people can learn to use it effectively.
      The Bible, however, is meant to be a spiritual and moral guide for all people, regardless of their background or education. If its most profound and helpful messages are only accessible to those who have the time, resources, or specialized knowledge to interpret it deeply, then it's not truly serving its purpose as a universal guide. Not everyone has the opportunity to study it extensively or the means to understand complex interpretations. It's not just about personal capability; it's also about accessibility. If a tool is intended for everyone's growth, it should be usable by everyone, not just a select few. So, while I see where you're coming from, I believe the comparison doesn't fully address the issue of making profound guidance accessible to all.

      HI Erick, I appreciate your comment on the Bible, you raise a great point, I can see where you can lose faith in the Bible, let me try and take a stab at making a point on the Sacred Secret of what is the Bible, the Bible speaks to EVERYONE that is willing to read a passage (not even the whole thing for that matter) especially a passage from the Gospels/Good News especially and particularly he sayings of Jesus, this may be a shock to you but the Bible is Yin & Yang jigsaw puzzle, it's meant to look of first read and first glance written by an idiot, it's meant to seem very basic and fairytale at first glance, but it was designed to be that way for a reason, I'm sure your familiar with the saying "Never cast pearls before swine" this actually a passage said by Jesus Matt 7:6 the Bible is filled with Yin & Yang Sacred mystery jigsaw puzzles, the open hearted of ANYONE=Gentiles/The Nation's =The World of Mankind on the Earth who is honest hearted will get and understand its message, as for your statement on time and Bible helps and tools, I do see your point, thier are endless Bible commentators and commentaries, and endless books on textual criticism, yes I believe no one really has the time to read all of that material,but once a person reads that one passage that unlocks the matrix of the Bible, that's when the individual basically neds out and starts hitting the books just like a student does when he studying for a exam, it kind of just happens, but all of that isn't needed , I'd suggest to find and parallel Bible translation and read the Gospels first, the individual is garunteed to find what he's looking for, and yes there is a special group Jesus calls them the the Little Flock or the Wise Virgins, but there are countless others who hear their shepards voice Jesus calls them the Great Company

      Scripture says all have sinned and fall short. The central focus is a top down redemption. Heaven breaking into earth to save that what was lost. The ones that actually receive the new birth will be affected and changed. But it does come with a lot of pain and lessons. The scales will fall from your eyes but scripture is rich with knowledge and guidance. As God transforms us we will love our neighbour and love God. The whole of the law is summed up in love for God and neighbour.

He has lots of lust for life which is inspiring. I'm just saying the commoditizing people is part of his shadow. The other aspects of Owen, he has more of a external self-reference, but he's mindful of his energy-action interplay
