I was in kazakhstan long time ago and i have a bad experience with immigrations counter asking for tenge before arrive but my working and living in kazakhstan are one of my greatest experience happened in my life

we used Astra Hotel as our accommodation. We paid roughly around 3000- 3500 Tenge for the Yandex ride. And 3509 tenge for the ski resort...

thats amazing! we did not get any tour guide. Try downloading Yandex it works very well like a grab or careem and is very cheap. Go to Shymbulak and Kok Tobe

We travelled to Almaty, KZ on almost same date this year and the weather was; heavy snow in the mountains (Shymbulak, Kolsai Lake), light snow with some rain in the city and a bit sunny with cold breeze in the canyons. If you want to experience winter on your vacation, then it will be a good time.

unfortunately, May is summer so you may not have the same snow as December

we came from Dubai po and werent asked for any travel insurance. So I guess hindi po sya need

yup visa free - we did not pay anything at all
