Nakaka mangha lang to know more what happened behind the scenes. Ang ganda ng pagkakagawa. Ang gagaling ng buong team. Higit sa lahat, gustong gusto ko yung balanse between advocating for these kids and their rights while also not be quick to criticize their community/community leaders. Out of all the documentaries I watch, I do agree that "Kapalit ng Katahimikan" is the hardest documentary, not only to execute, but also to watch because of the sensitivity of the topic and the case studies. Kudos to you Ms. Kara for giving everyone some tips on how to do a documentary with sensitive topics like this. Hopefully a lot of future journalists will be able to learn from your documentary on how to handle topics like this. When I watched this documentary, I felt like I was comforted indirectly by ms. Kara when she hugged nanay lydia. It brought me back to the time that I needed someone to hug me tight (which I didn't get to experience) when I was in my darkest stage of my life. You touched my heart through your documentary, ms.
