IRONMAN 70.3 GOA THE FINAL EPISODE
IRONMAN 70.3 which was held on 13th November 2022 in the State of Goa.
This is the Final episode of the Ironman 70.3 Series.
This was a year long Preparation which I undertook .
In This Final Episode I cover four Things
WHAT IS AN IRONMAN
HOW I PREPARED FOR ITHOW IT WENTWHAT I LEARNED.
An Ironman is a triathlon which consists of Swimming Cycling and Running all done one after the other.
I Participated in ironman70.3 which is half of a full ironman
It Consists of a 1.9km of Swim
Followed by 90KM of Cycling
Followed by 21.1Km Of Running.
I Completed this years ironman70.3 In 6hours 20Mins

When you went for the Ironman in Goa where did you get the bike during the race ? Did they provide ?

Everyone Has to carry their Personal Bike with them. It is Not provided by the race management.

@@SAB-ex7de the registration fees is quiet high (honestly it should not be that much)
this year it was around 34K(INR) GST included

@@SAB-ex7de you should check out the Bergman 113 Tri Kohlapur or Tuffman 113 Chandigarh. Much cheaper and a native Indian organizer. They are really good competitions, almost at par with what you experience in the Ironman 70.3
