I feel like If they aren't taking the time to meet these vendors personally and spend time learning the processes of business at the manufacturing hubs in India and/or Asia as well as the actual raw material sourcing at the hubs then as a business owner "buying this vendor" you can't really be sure if your supply chain will be long term (many hair companies fail and go bankrupt in the first 18 months when they aren't consistent in quality) and your business may suffer huge losses not being able to provide the same quality.
I personally have a folder of vendors that I've met from 6 countries over 5 years with at least 500 different companies in it. The common factor between the vendors I've met is this: they all have virgin 100% human hair and they are all the best. LOL > This is an unregulated industry where people dedicated to researching the details survive and those that allow themselves to get taken advantage of while being lazy, usually do get taken advantage of.
IF you had a plug that was worth a lifetime of revenue you must be one helluva motivated seller to give it up for mere thousands. If you have researched and spent years at factories and traveling and perfecting/learning how to trade and manufacture product in this business then you probably won't just sell that away for anything unless you have a huge reason to exit the industry and that usually isn't the case with most vendor sellers that I have personally seen (reason for the video).
Usually the vendor they sell is a random Chinaman under the shadow of a HUGE umbrella company that only cares about the bottom line and no ethics or a middleman in a village in India living near a hair factory and barely making ends meet by grabbing hair from all areas of the town and trying to weft and dry/wash it on their families larger rooftop farmhouse a few miles away. When the next thing comes their way they give the hair business to another villager who doesn't know how to run their operation and everything changes from quality to ship time.
(that is a random but very true example and the story has an infinite number of variables that actually happen everyday in the human hair trade)
I would never sell a "plug," (just feels kinda weird to say "sell the plug" anyway to me) but I do refer people to other companies when I know what they are looking for is a quality lower or just "different" (wink wink) than what Hair Maiden India deals in.
However, My favorite thing to do is to help provide salon owners, stylists, and hustlers looking to do long term business instead of just short term hustling sell high quality hair extensions and accessories with a transparent business model, engaged/educated customer service and all at a price that allows them to actively grow their own brand, business, and personal life.

Brittini I brought two and one of her vendors never replied back to me.. The other one replies three days later and the hair look Synthetic it’s not raw Indian hair.... Firsts of all its jet black you can tell the hair is fake. Always look at the ends of the hair also the hair wasn’t good hair. I thought it was the same vendor she use but after I ask her that she caught a attitude with me saying you the other one who think that. Her attitude is nasty she’s way to cocky. Don’t waste your money on her vendors now she’s say she will sale her vendor for 1,000 first of all her hair ain’t that good either... This man right here got very good hair you can tell it’s raw Indian hair.. The way it moves the color is natural and wave pattern is different from each other.. Her vendor hair you can tell they put the wave pattern in the hair.. Not good hair

I respect the people in this business that are doing well after many years, because I know firsthand how hard it is starting out and how much daily attention, care, and service it requires to keep things consistent for your clientele. Especially, if you don't have a proper supplier. They need to NOT only have good hair, but be attentive, responsive, proactive to the market, logistically learned in multiple countries, honorable and humble enough to understand what the real hair consumer needs and wants, the ability to handle their factory/manufacturing chain while simultaneously being fluid in the sales market and the ever changing and growing demands of it, and so many more small and large requirement that go into being a QUALITY supplier responsible for their own and others businesses successes.

@@carlettacollins1653 So, I carry the most exclusive and highest grade of temple hair, however, unlike the Chinese, I do not grade the hair with 9a,10a and so forth. At the temples hair quality is broken into category with 1a being the highest and that is where we start with all our hair extensions. After that depending on each piece we segregate the hair into donors from the north and south, with south being more premium and rare.
