What’s the best routine for more speed in your game

If you mean just speed, you have to be sprinting around 3 times a week, between 10-40 meters/yards. If you mean how quick you can control the ball and make passes, you need to be playing with the highest level players you can, specifically doing possession drills and rondos. When you can’t train with a team, get lots of touches in with a wall.

I definitely started my recruiting process early. In my sophomore year, I made a list of 30-40 schools that I was interested in, and during the summer between my Junior and Senior years, I attended ID Camps, preferably when there were more than 5-10 schools at the camp to increase exposure. Before every showcase for my club team, I emailed many schools that were attending the showcase and sent them my schedule. This helped expedite the process and also see which schools were and were not interested in me.
It also helps to have good grades and high test scores, so that the coaches know you can be accepted into the school. Making a soccer CV and Highlight Film like Josh said is a great tool. I got recruited to Haverford College because one of their former coach who was at a d1 sent an email to Haverford saying I would be a good player for them. Then, when I transferred, I sent schools my highlight film and got some interest from several d3 schools.

We have one, I’m not an expert on that but there are many of the same things, it’s just important to let coaches know you are an international and send your test scores/grades over. There’s a lot of international college soccer players especially in d2 or naia and that looks good for schools so that should help you get offers
