Thank you, Kelly! This video was very helpful for many reasons, but especially how you incorporated both software products. Loved seeing the complete process.
New subscriber here. I have been binge watching your videos. Love this. As an OCD fontaholic, I recommend Embrilliance Alpha Tricks to rename fonts. (I can never remember which company made which font, so I rename them by the font name). Also, as a quick search in Embrilliance, if you know which font you want to use, you can type in the beginning letter of that font and the list will jump to the fonts with that letter. Thanks for sharing these wonderful videos!
I "think" you can save that design to match your print out, or that is my plan to try. Then it is easy to pull that design, and change the name. It saves time in scrolling thru the whole list. Just a thought.
You make(explained well) it look so easy. New to embroidery. Please do a tutorial on using purchased(ETSY- BX) fonts with alternate letters. Unsuccessful assistance from seller. Love the font, though.
Hi! =) I am in Embroidery Nurse school today!!! lol I was just watching this and thinking....have you ever stitched this out and used that as a font selection sheet? So they get the look and feel of the stitch? Just a thought! =) For in person selections. You really should teach classes! To my knowledge there really isn't anyone doing that and with a following already I bet you could get $ign ups! =)
I have all my videos here for anyone to watch! As far as teaching its definitely a good idea, I just wouldn't know how to go about that! I have not printed this out for a in person font selection - it is actually really big - but I bet it would look super cool stitched. I do not do many in person events anymore!
@@EmbroideryNurse I was thinking stitching out your sample fonts not all of them sorry for not being clearer =/ Zoom maybe for teaching? When they purchase the class they get a code to sign into? Zoom is new to me but I think that would be one to look into? =)
I Loved this but OMG from once you go to save and then get Power point I totally lost you. I am on a MAC so it got pretty confusing after that. But I can save it as a pic and crop it on my photo shop program or download it to my phone and crop it with one of my apps.
Patti-ann Gracia ahhh did I go too fast?! It might perform different on a MAC. After I made it on Embrillance I hit my print screen function - opened PowerPoint and pasted the screen. Then I used the functions in PowerPoint to crop the page. Once I cropped just my font selections I saved this as a picture - I then opened Canva (which is amazing) and uploaded the picture to add all the other elements like wording/logo/backdrops! Then I saved the entire project to share!
Yes I only use the free version - they push the pro version which does offer a bunch but I have never needed it - I usually upload my own pictures so I don’t need their photos
If you have Paint program on your computer. Use - print screen - as was stated (sometimes the key on the keyboard has PrtSc) and then paste in Paint program. From there you can crop the print screen image.

How do people sell fonts online for download? Any tips on how to get started with that?
I would start with Etsy
You make(explained well) it look so easy. New to embroidery. Please do a tutorial on using purchased(ETSY- BX) fonts with alternate letters. Unsuccessful assistance from seller. Love the font, though.
What font are you having trouble with?

Can you tell me where Candi and Daisy are from?
Grace and hand stitch also, please
question, brilliance doesn't come with fonts?
no it is just the software - there are actually now that I think about it - a few fonts with the software, but none that I actually use!
Thanks
Any suggestions if we don't have PowerPoint?

not familiar with the term "flat lay" What does that refer to?
Laying your products flat on the ground (with a backdrop) and photographing them
Where is the font chair video
Next time, instead of using the print screen option... try the snipping tool on your computer!
Oh I do not know about this!!!
