God has just given me a 4th floor apt for a quieter prayer sanctuary it's a new spiritual beginning for me I will pray for the mind of Christ to help me pray and move into this season of life I am 79 never too late to serve God
Thank you for this program.The Lord showed me that he has a plan for me still with another partner.I have never met this man that I know of yet.My husband passed almost two years ago of liver cancer.
I want to share this situation with with you with regards to getting a house. Similar to Shawn Boltz's experience. We were told by the bank that we would not be getting a house within seven years. Before we moved, because the army base was closing, my husband had a word from God that we would get a home within a year of our new posting. We were excited to see how God was going to move in this area. As a family, we sat and shared what we would like in our new home in town. After our move, within a year God had creative ways of providing us a home that had everything each of us wanted. The thing that I realized this morning was how it all turned out. We got a home within the year, and when we sold our home 16 yrs later, it had tripled in value! We have to trust that God is up to something good and He knows what He's doing. Once again we find ourselves ready to move, hopefully our last. It is so good to know that God is moving with us. He never leaves us nor forsake us. I couldn't imagine taking one step without him! I'm excited to see what lies ahead. It's going to be good y'all!
Joni, my very first prayer was very much like your grandfather's.. When I was about 6 or 7, I prayed, after going to see my grandma, who told me about Jesus, "Jesus, grandma told me about you.. if you're real, help me!" I was an abused child. I'm 53 now.. God has made himself so real to me.. and I have loved him since that first encounter. I love him so much.. and I cannot wait to see him!!
