I grew up in the Church of God in Christ and I like Bishop Wooden.
I would just say both sides are into cancel culture. The republicans tried to cancel Liz Cheney and replaced her with someone who is less conservative and promotes THE WHITE REPLACEMENT CONSPIRACY THEORY, that led to the Charleston church shooting, Buffalo grocery store shooting, El Paso Walmart shooting, Pittsburg & Poway synague shootings, Wisconsin Sheik temple shooting and more.
And republucans tried to cancel Adam Kinzinger & Ben Sasse for not goung along with Trump's evil attempt of trying to overthrow the election.
If Bishop Wooden and these clowns on stage can't denounce Trump's evil then they are hypocrites.
Also, Texas and Florida want to totally erase MLK JR., Rosa Parks, and tje holocaust from ever being mentioned, or give an opposite view in support of the holocaust......and yes, that is true, it's on audio recording at a teacher's meeting in Texas !!

This is so good. For years, I was one of those angry people. In 2019, God gave me a dream about the president. How do I know it was from God? Because I was angry about the dream and when I woke up, I prayed about it. God showed me the heart of the man and my life changed. I kept getting confirmations. Then, Marcus Lamb showed a clip of Bishop Wooden speaking about Harris and it was further confirmation. God is good, people, and He is not playing this game of putting people against people. Follow Him. HE WILL CHANGE YOUR WHOLE LIFE! 🙌🏽🙏🏽😄

My husband and I grew up in the 70's. We were not divided as we are now. We are musicians. Music brought us all together. We had the love of music of all kinds in common. My husband has beautiful dark skin and black hair. That is why I was attracted to him! I'm blonde with hazel eyes. That is what he liked about me. Our differences made us attractive to each other. Not repelled by each other.
I subscribe to Joni Table talk on you tube. I watch on my phone and TV via Roku. Bishop is a delightful man. If I lived near his church I'd attend services there. Thank you everyone at Daystar for the good programs. I haven't had cable or satellite TV in many years because the content got worse as the cost went higher. Wow! I really enjoyed this table talk with Bishop Wooden. Everything he spoke on is so true. As someone who happens to have black skin, and is a retired police officer, to see all the woke nonsense now is mind boggling. Right is wrong and wrong is right. Thanks Bishop Wooden for this perspective as this is very much needed in this space of "cancel culture." As born again believers, we have responsibility to speak for "rightness" and righteousness in all aspects of life and you continue to do so. I agree showing the love of Christ is essential for us and I know it is the foundation that can help those who have lost their way and those who are seeking the "Way." Some individuals who may be categorized by society as "woke," who are attentive or responsive to issues of racial injustice are sharing the love of Christ and are not displaying anger or hate but seek to address the ills of our American society through the message of Jesus Christ. Actually I learned in a National Geographic (whether true or not, idk... I'm not a scientist) article many years ago that the brain keeps developing for boys until 25-26 and girls 24-25... which imho is important to know, as the exposure of a young person that has been raised in a Christian home, maybe homeschooled even, is turned out to the 'world' at 18 or so may still be greatly influenced in what to think. Not to say that fully developed brains of Christian adults might face daily challenges ...
... we've just got to do our best to love one another sincerely and genuinely... be our brother's keepers as best as we can and understand.

In hearing we shouldn't talk about politics,....politics is talking about the church, politics is talking about what the church is assigned to talk about, politics is attempting to redefine our identity. That's church business, that's GOD'S business and those topics are ours. So, when they come against 'the church and all that we are and represent, then we rightfully should engage. They have opened themselves up....or rather 'invited' us ( as the church) to join the conversation albiet unknowingly. This is our opportunity to regain what we've lost in the last say 50+ years.
