  • Power Plate Master Trainer, and former Great Britain heptathlete, Caroline Pearce knows what it’s like to compete at big events. This workout is for anyone wanting to find their inner athlete and train like an elite athlete and get in the spirit during the Games.
    It’s just over 20 mins with exercises for functional strength, specificity to sport and explosive power which all athletes need. Non-repeat format with just one single circuit where every exercise is different.

    Wondering if you'd be able to do a low impact workout video, which is short, say 10 min but which is suitable for disabled people?
    Or maybe a little series of them as I liked your video.
