How to repair PHILIPS HAIR TRIMMER,battery backup problem?

here i repaired a philips hair trimmer. this trimmer was having a battery backup problem.The process of repairing is quite similar for NOVA TRIMMMER or any other type of trimmer.The process is quite simple and anybody can do it with some basic skills and effort.
