Thanks bud. The left arm is the lead arm which we want to be straight to avoid a chicken wing. My video you watched was about trail arm which is the right arm, which is preferable to be bent. My right arm (trail arm) is still bent at impact with all these swings.

Great lesson, if I have the club face square but I drag the club to much on the inside will this still have a knock on effect on my chicken wing. Cheers Rob.

getting hands stuck behind was the reason for my flipping and chicken wing. started initiating with arms first which helped.

great tips here. I tend to flip my arms through the swing. I will get the chicken wing ball.
where can I purchase one of these balls- what is the diameter? I could go to a toy store and pick one up.
To me the main reason is because I used to practise on the floor. Sometimes I was just to afraid the club would hit he floor

Sadly, my "muscle memory" has me early extending, pulling the club across the ball and CHIKEN WING...no more... I won't hit a ball on the range without this set up... bye bye poor strikes... hello to more GIR'S!!!!
