Hello sir,
This is my MRI report,
IMPRESSION:
 Near total tear of anterior cruciate ligament.
 Moderate joint effusion.
 Grade I medial & lateral collateral ligaments injury seen.
 Bone marrow contusions in bilateral femoral & tibial condyles.
 Soft tissue edema with minimal fluid in lateral aspect of knee.
Surgery required for this sir? My age 26

Hi Sir,
The below is my MRI report, do I need to go for a surgery or it will heal on its own
IMPRESSION:
• Moderate knee joint effusion
• Complete disruption of femoral attachment of anterior cruciate ligament.
• Grade II strain of posterior cruciate ligament
• Grade II strain with complex tear seen involving body and posterior horn of medial meniscus.
• Small peripheral tear seen involving anterior and posterior horns of lateral meniscus.
• Bony contusions seen involving lateral femoral condyle, medial and lateral tibial condyle and tibial spine.
• Grade I strain of medial patellar retinaculum.
