Axe Fx III Soldano SLO-100 patch on the rhythm channel and I may have had an OD in front for a treble boost, I'd have to check my settings when I'm back home.

Single coils or split humbucker (I use the neck or middle position), not too much gain, and a boost with lots of treble and brightness works for me.
