Hey if you swapped the throttle and it doesnt work re align the hall sensor if that isnt it maybe a controller tuning issue. Im currently having a similar issue where mine cuts out randomly. Possibly my BAC 4000.

Mine was literally doing this yesterday, I was out all day in the pouring rain though, let the bike dry overnight, throttle still wasn’t doing anyting the next morning, noticed that the little cable right by the kickstand was still glowing even with the kickstand up…Took the kickstand sensor off now I have no issue🤷🏽‍♂️ hope this helps somebody.

yea that's not the issue here. If you weren't getting any throttle at all it was being the bike thought the kickstand was down. This issue was the HALL sensor. Replaced the motor with a Sotion and all is well. Bike absolutely rips now.

What if you run with no hall sensor what happens?

It’s the bac cause when water get any where on the bac it looses control but it’s the bac not throttle I’ve seen it happen on many bikes Wittnessed it and fixed it just the contorller

It was the Hal sensor. The bac is not repairable it’s all potted in there. Swapped motors eventually and bac still working fine
