The power of transcendental sound has been channeled by various traditions, throughout history and throughout the world. Chants, prayers, hymns, recitation of sacred texts, can awaken our inherent spiritual nature.
'Mantra' is a sanskrit word meaning 'that which liberates and cleanses the mind'. Mantra refers to a sacred sound formula that is vibrated repeatedly, as a process of purifying the heart and mind, allowing the innate brilliance within to shine out into every aspect of our lives. So simple, but so powerful!
The maha-mantra: 'Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare; Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare;' awakens the heart to its divine nature, and brings about joy and true inner satisfaction..
The arrangement of this melody was inspired by the Kirtaniyas and their composition of their "Braj maha-mantra" track on the album: "Heart & Soul."

Krishna is amazing! It’s so surreal when you hear the names of Krishna and you finally remember what you’ve forgot. Almost like being born again. Remembering a distant family that is so close but yet so far. I cry thinking about Krishna all the time. His marvelous smile and his astonishing pastimes makes me cry tears of joy all the time, I wish the whole world turned to Krishna consciousness. Just to see how beautiful the people are.
