That’s correct..,, I find that for the full pound, it’s too dry with 16oz of flour- not sure why 😂 …. I also use 2 -8 in pan for the 1 pound batch

Clearly, you prep the fruits ahead of time. Do you store it at room temperature or does it need to be refrigerated ?

The recipe says 8 eggs, the flour says 12 oz rather than 16. You say 5 eggs which is right
The recipe is if you want to double the recipe to 1 pound of cake. I made 1/2 pound
If you are making 1/2 lb ,then it should be 1/2and not 12 ozs .16 ozs is one Lbs . Confused
The recipe is for 1 pound cake. I made 1/2 pound in the video. I use less flour so it’s moist. Hope this helps😊
