Why are you only using 15x cells for a nominal 48V pack? I would rather have 16x cells for a 51.2V nominal pack giving more capacity. This is a cheap way to make a 48V battery.
yes man, your old. in essence you see what has to be done. i need a good pre fabricated cable assembly for the bms ... there is no need for a lcd just a communication path into the bms.

We have both solution for 16X cells and 15X cells, Ultimately it depends on the customer's requirements.
Insulation is neded between cells.
We use fireproof foam with double-sided adhesive backing
