I could imagine hopping on a ZX-10 and having trouble imagining what could be faster, but there's always someone faster out there. The Bat is insane 🤯
Yooo absolutely 💯.... before I got introduced to the scene... I had ecu flash and slip on thought I was the man lol ..... until my 1st race 🏁 👀..... then I realized I didn't know as much as I thought 😅...... so many different ways to achieve a quick bike
There are levels to this when it comes to riding. It doesn't matter if you're track, roll racing, drag strip, and so on. I'm currently about to do a makeover on my bike, the journey to setting your bike up how you like is the fun part. Going against people better than you only makes you better.

Being able to hit full throttle from first without wheeling will always be better for low rolls.😂 I wouldn’t expect any different results unless they were both stock bikes.

Mungus you see the posts Mike puts up right, this was a perfect illustration of the work you have to put in, and as you stated setting up your bike. You see the comments all the time, roll racing is easy, you’re just twisting the throttle so on and so forth. Or how easy it is to hit 200mph. There’s so many factors that play into it, that’s not seen on video it looks deceivingly easy, and it’s not. This was a perfect example of what you stated in regards to tunes, but also so much more. This was definitely a teaching moment here.

Right about 16:40 you see the crossplane engine working against itself... literally cannot keep up with flat plane unless built.. and if its built vs built its still gonna lose

Its crazy people ask this lol.. like if your ripping through all 6 gears and i seen 202 at one time after you had been off the throttle for a few seconds.. if kmph you'd be doin like 180 in second alone🤣 just curious what gearing? I have a 18 gsxr 1000r myself.. coming from zx10s (never again) @DudeMungus
@@delilahzx10r47 one of my buddies has a zx10, hes from georgia i think. Might even have ran across dude at some point, guy loved kawasakis and still has a zx10.
His zx10... Its a very quick bike and just about even with mine, but he puts the work in. The torque on the suzuki though really helps overcome the aero resistance if you gear it right... It can start skywalking above 180. My buddies zx10 is tuned and has an e85 file, etc. Ive never run pure e85 or pure mr12 on a tune. I just add maybe half a gallon to a gallon of go juice. Takes a couple runs ro get through the fuel system but you can feel it get faster once the secondaries get cleaned out.
I asked dude what gearing he runs since he hits 200+ on a gps verified speedo, i believe he said its 17/43 or 17/42.
I can also tell you that a certain chris and big k run 17/41 or 16/40 on their suzukis. One or the other, great guys to talk to.
I did try a couple teeth up on the rear once, the typical beginner r1 setup lol and youll see me lose bad the one time ive ever lost that bad on my youtube channel. The torquey engines need less teeth in the rear. Personal opinion but yea.
