I've only tried Lowdens in shops for brief periods, but I get what some people say that their very rich overtones make them rather unsuitable for even moderately heavy strumming, coming out a bit muddy. The O22 in your clip seems to manage ok though. Any thoughts?
I think that the mahogany backed guitars like this one, as well as their walnut backed guitars, tame those excessively overtones a bit, and work really well with strumming. Thanks for the comment!
If God wanted to play guitar He'd head to Down Patrick , N. Ireland and stop by Lowden's shop !
Beautiful guitar.i, play a Sheeran lowden guitar and i love.i, don't like the see through pick guard.❤
Opening riff Midnight Rider 😊👌👌
Thats wild sounding the dryness with cedar top. Very open great riff
Thanks Gareth! I really like this Lowden.
