At 7:06 you mention the first time how you understand the 'gain a round' mechanism for sheep, which is incorrect (and probably vastly overpowered). You make them gain effectively 4 rounds, since you are putting them in the stables, while they just move one card to the right. I love this playthrough, though. I am fighting with my responsible side for the money for this game. I think it's a real gem.
Yeah I was never this much interested in solo until now...and uwe games are really great to solo! I can’t wait to receive this game...probably won’t be until February

At 20:30 you are pondering about using card 325. For this card you can sum up any crop in your storage, they don't have to be the same type.
