Thank you for this video. I think there are several reasons, why VALVe doesn't give a flying fork about this: 1. Without a kernel based solution, there is no absolute proof, that someone is using modified binaries. At the moment they rely on the reports, which are so overwhelming, they simply cannot acknowledge and verify them with the little stuff they put on it. 2. Yes, the game "play" is fucked, but the Amory-Case-Business runs like mad. so why bother? I think besides a kernel based anti cheat, a full personal registration should be required. This could be easily justified by enforcing the age restriction this game has. Most people don't know, but for instance in Germany it is the age of 16. Also I would suggest for all kinds of online competitive games to get lawyers involved and see whether its possible to find a legal ground against cheating. With some phantasy you may interpret it as trespassing, which at least in the US would allow you to shoot the fucking cheaters in their face. But once identified as cheater (by a strict kernel cheat) it could result in a hefty fine of four figures or something. But all this would require a company who cares. My prediction: They will let the game die and focus on different things. Once none cares anymore none cheats. This whole "I can see my penis size on a board in the game"-thing (or call it Premier), attracted so many idiots, its beyond. It has become almost rare, that you have normal accounts in your team. And similar to criminal, most cheaters just plain dumb kids. They can, with some energy, usually be outplayed. Legit cheating on the other hand is impossible to tackle. omg... why do I care so much?? LOL... I think I love this game.
A kernel level anticheat is not necessary and just way too invasive for a game to be justified, hackers have in the past used bugs in kernel level anticheats to take complete control over a victims computer. there are many great anticheats that are way more effective than most kernel level anticheats. A full personal registration for a game is way too extreme as well, why would anyone want to give out all their private information just to play a game. A fine for cheating in a game is way over the top too a four figure one is just a joke, in germany you can drive your car on the sidewalk and cause an accident and all you get is a fine of 100€.
Adding on with the accounts they used for farming, been into the Dust2 maps in the middle of the night where account names are literally random and the players are bots that was programmed to run themselves to a corner to get killed.

Imagine report cheater with other hacking button. It does not work!! Best u can do is report player griefing and then MAYBE he will be comp banned for some time maybe 1day. Being the cheater in cs2 is probably best idea cuz VAC is more like dead in these days.
Funny when i was always playing with my friends but they were always so much better than me(i thought myself to be pretty good). Now all 4 of the are vac banned so...

Wingman used to be infested with cheaters back in CSGO. Don't know if it's a good or a bad thing tbh.

Decided to play wingman with the homie yesterday, 2nd game in we had a blatant cheater running and no scoping with the ssg... sad
