this is clearly a scam and he should be perma banned, not recovered and given free value pack. at 12:58 he has 376 fail stack, TWO VII weapons and 9 enhancement stones in his inventory. at 12:59 the town gets randomly dustier, his fail stack drops to 366, and he has ONE VII and ONE VIII weapon(s) and 10 enhancement stones in inventory. Edit: in case someone actually sees this and tells me the video loops over its duration, in the same time frame you see all of the swaps happening, so 12:58 to 59, the texts about crons/whatever its saying goes slightly down without the enhancement window moving.
It seems there might be a cache issue in the code from the previous time the cron stone box was checked. It appears to be visually checked, but it wasn't actually confirmed as checked in the server side.
And in this case log checking won't even help. As it will just report that he did enhancement without crons. So, based on log it actually would've been seen as user error and not bug. They have logs, but they are not all-mighty in terms of bug tracking.
@@DimkaTsv This is quite scary because you would need to record yourself every time you enhance a higher-tier enchantment to have evidence if there is a bug issue on PA side. The guy in the video is right about saying if he didn't record then PA would've fcked him over saying it's user error.
@@DimkaTsv but still is sus to me. i mean, why delete the report ? if you already check the log then explain "we cant check the log because it seems a visual bug etc etc." everyone should understand why and what happened.

@@shimikaze2010 Hard for me to say. I am not that deep into BDO drama. Especially KR one. But it probably was something on level of damage control. And explanation... Well, OP (author of video) hadn't even thought of this possibility. Most people rarely pay attention to such details because they have no idea about how something works. Even in extremely crude approximations. I don't say that it is wrong to have no knowledge of stuff you use (even though it definitely is extremely helpful), but claims made by such people definitely can feel out of touch from reality. The video is edited. There are 3 things that give it away. 100 %. the one is cron stones unchecked at 0:18. There are two flickers when he hovers over the weapon in the inventory. The text of a durability decrease jumps a little down and the background of the desert flickers. at 12:59 at Hue's video. + the stack changes to from EXACTLY 376 to 366 when he puts the weapon in which is the EXACT same stack as when the weapon failed?
When problem came from client app, most server don't know the log. In this case ui bug. There are 2 possibilities - user edited video (in ui area) - client app has problem
I did this for accessories earlier today. It said "item destroyed upon failure"" even though crons were selected. I had to click off the crons and turn it back on to work properly
There's been this issue for a while now actually I always double check the cron button. The fact is cron is never enabled by default, the guy enhancing it should have known this. Seems they were careless.
If he kept enhancing the same item after they said they would recover the items then he is exploiting. Why make another fs and continue to enhance before getting back your materials…
I legit think this cron bug happened to me when I was doing debo tapping... twice.... No video of course but now I'll record enhance videos now to see if I can reproduce the problem
We will see what PA will do? PA will see NA continue to keep they wallet shut. I hope China wants to spend. PA Started so strong. Then just ran it into the ground and took advantage of the loyal player base. RIP BDO.
Sept 05. PA recovered his gear and he got 15 days of vlalue pack for compensation.
PA is awful. Putting this player through so much crap over a problem in their code. Game is already in the crapper and they do stuff like this..

With all of the issues being talked about lately by other youtubers, this happening is a huge F-U Bomb and a shot in the foot from PA.
