    I have blue diamond ceramic coating its held up well, another looks Good is the frok. I bought a couple of stainless ones you have had on your channel, willow & Everett, cuisinart, and a carbon steel. I figure I liked the blue diamond so I started with it. I don't cook on high heat and use silicone utensils.

    I was surprised that Helen chose the natural, although it's the better choice
    I think that the non-stick is the better choice for Helen because the occasional use would not peel or wear out

    #6) “never rinse in cold water” I think it means that after cooking, let the pan sit for a long while to cool off before putting any water on it because it might make the pan warp.

    Another rule is that if it gets scratched then you have to throw it away.
