I would strongly recomend adding Akiba Culture Zone building, with Lashinbang on the 1st/2nd floor and all the anime figures, card supply shops and idol goods shops on floors 3 and up. Also to add COSPA shop with huge selection of good quality anime t-shirts and jackets.

Nice video - Was in Yokohama for just under 24 hrs. Went walking around and was just blown away by just what was in offer in stores and locations that have figures, toys, gaming and collectables just in that area.
Tamashi Nations right by the station is a great place for model kits. I was impressed you put Kotobukiya in the video. I found it on my own when I went last year. No you tubers ever mention it, but I thought it was a treasure trove. They have more than just their own stuff for sale. I didn't got to some of these place last time, but I will add them to my list for my next trip.

@@SherrifOfNottingham I stayed at Hotel Resol Akihabara, which is like 10min away from the center so it's not ideal. METS looks really good tho but it's slightly more expensive.
The second hand ones like Mandarake and Surugaya are definitely worth a look. In fact maybe make them your first port of call before buying new items that are expensive. I know it can be sore to buy a figure for 20,000 yen only to see it go for 10,000 in a second hand place or spend most of your money and then stumble upon an amazing treasure chest of things you'd love and not be able to get them. Mainly take your time and only buy if you really are sure you need it and it's unlikely to be much cheaper anywhere else. Besides what's above there are many more hidden stores you can find down alleys or on the 6th or 7th floor of some building. There is a lot to discover!
Hi great video I recommend you take a look around you have 3 shops with the Trader brand the Lashing bang shop in the Akiba Zone building the Hobby off other Surugaya always scattered around Akihabara also the 2 Akiba X shops and the Liberty even if these are a little run down and also the shop called Lamtarra.
Did you record with a mirrorless or were you using like a go pro? I always feel awkward in Japan recording in stores with my Fuji camera lol. The stores are so tight and packed especially in tokyo
Mirrorless outside the store, phone/action cam inside the store. A lot of stores don't allow video recording bcs of copyright purpose so I usually just take pics or do some quick recordings

There's Pokemon centers in Ikebukuro, Shibuya, and Tokyo Station. I've heard there's one in the Tokyo Skytree shopping center but have never seen videos showing it.
@@ShadNord I rarely get questions like this but I love that you asked! All videos are taken with Sony A7Cii, DJI Action 5 Pro and DJI Pocket 3. Action 5 is small and inconspicuous so I use it to film indoors mainly, and the quality is not bad!
Gamers and animate are my fave stores in Akiba. Gamers has more idol and mahou shoujo stuff in my experience whereas animate is more general anime and lns and manga etc. I actually prefer denden town for anime shopping tho. Akiba is so touristy and packed nowadays whereas denden town is for actual otaku.
I went to Akihabara Tokyo last April with my goal of getting a PS Vita. Now I love to collect Japanese anime figures 😅😊 hope to run back Tokyo again on the near future!
