My heart hurts!I am saddened by the news of Drake's passing.😢 As a fan of Days I will miss him calling Marlena "Doc!" I will miss his glances on camera and his EYEBROW "lift!" lol Met Drake at a few DOOL fan fests. He always stayed til he signed EVERY autograph and photo! A very Classy Gentleman!!! I also had the pleasure of meeting Drake in Malibu a few times. He was so gracious and kind. I would share w him how,when I was the fests,people were ALWAYS amazed at HOW KIND HE WAS! DOOL fans LOVED him and trust me people,He LOVED and APPRECIATED "All of Us!" To Drake's family,I send My Heartfelt Condolences,especially his wife Victoria,who I also met in Malibu,as I saw How they LOVED and Supported one another! It's sad that he's gone. I started watching DOOL in 1993 or 1994, when Vivian had Kate trapped in a coffin. (Or was it Vivian trapped?).

Drake would be SHOCKED to see just how many fans he had and how much his family (his fans are his family) loved him and will truly miss his UNIQUE character and personality. I really appreciated him and trust me there are other men like me who watched this show for years and I am not taking this well either. On the upside he will be reuinited with Joe Mascolo (I met him) and all of the great people who passed on Days. Christmas this year will bring us tears when they hang "John Black's" ornament on the Christmas tree. I just believe or accept that he's gone.
