I've been waiting to make this video for SO long! Throwback a few months to Computex 2023 and I had the opportunity to get hands on and close up with the Matrix 4090... ever since I've been itching to build with it and that day has finally come! That stunning slate-like ID design works so nicely, retaining classy styling but still encompassing those ROG details we've all grown to love.
Inside you will find a specially binned RTX4090 GPU which only requires a small (by todays standard) 2.5 slot in the chassis to mount. A custom-engineered cold plate combined with an embedded pump brings liquid cooling to GPU die, VRMs, and memory with optimised coolant flow rates.
Whilst the GPU does come pre-assembled straight out of the box, it's worth noting that the fans are the new ROG magnetic daisy-chainable design. What's even more interesting though is that the GPU has ZERO cables required to connect to your PC. All of the information to the fans, RGB & connectivity is achieved through the PCIe slot which is absolutely awesome to see!
Through the limited testing I've been able to achieve before launching the video, here's a basic rundown of real world use temps:

I guess the terms 'The ultimate 4090 PC Build' get thrown around quite a lot in the community, but by rights I think this one could just be it! I'm stoked to see ASUS innovating as usual and continuing to bring solid performance products to the industry.

What core frequency you get out of the matrix. My strix does 3050-3100mhz.
Your builds are so aesthetically pleasing, ROG can sometimes look obnoxious with all the RGB but in this one, everything is balanced.. As it should be. 💯

Otherwise, these components will cost you 3.917,26€ without the Matrix. The RTX 4090 Matrix costs 3.299,00€
So a total of 7.216,26€ -> 6.232,68£
@belkhirismail6232 well the gpu is 3200 and the some of the rest of the parts are on sale rn. I would say roughly 7k to 8k.
@@belkhirismail6232unless you are not working at hi tech that brings a lot of money it would not worth buying the gpu based on its looks the rog strix 4090 is also expensive and cost almost or 1.5x less than it at least back then before the 4090 got price hikes and that rog strix 4090 that cost much less than matrix also looks very beautiful but that also considered in my opinion for people that has hi tech jobs that brings a lot of money while wanting to have the best of every bit if it like best efficiency cooling with the best liquid cooling the best performance and best looks

My aim is to inspire using ‘off the shelf’ products which people can replicate and utilise themselves. I bought exactly the same kind of setup with Hyperion case and ROG Matrix RTX 4090.
As for now, I am just waiting for the ROG Matrix to arrive at my local store.
This will be a nice upgrade from my present system that has MSi Suprim X 3090ti.
Felt like you were handling some kind of weapon or secret technology when the beats kicked up around 5:18. Incredible hardware, case and everything, that GPU is something I can only dream of right now.

Idle temperatures were 31, after the last bios updates they are slightly higher with a 360 aio EK liquid cooling 31 / 36 on 13900K, MAXIMUS DARK HERO
