I even had him sign it with his hand print.. all of his art work after that was a hand print till he could write his own name... now, he is about to enter college this coming fall and one of his majors will be art.. :)

I'm not much of an artist myself, but I love watching videos on how to create beautiful paintings and drawings and going to galleries. I am not very skilled when it comes to using a paintbrush or pencil, but I still practice and would love to one day make art my profession.

Thank you for this. I love the idea and I used attachment style parenting too. My son is 20 - very creative, capable and very comfortable in his skin. He was a fearful child. I wasn't sure it would really work and he was super attached to me for a long time and it seemed like he'd never feel safe or find happiness from the inside ... but slowly he did. It does work and it was so worth it. Happy to see other moms taking the time and effort to do this for their children if they can. You have a beautiful spirit. Thanks again for the lesson.

It's his hairstyle i think that is gender neutral and could come across feminine too. No doubt a more masculine hair style would change this perception.
