- 8863 Hrs of speedrunning didn't prepare me for this heist. Whether it was the modders, ddossers, or the heist being 80% driving from A to B, this was truly the most painful trial yet. Join me as I complete the ultimate challenge run of just managing to playing GTA Online for more than 5 minutes. If Rockstar wants to give me a call to consult on their future content, they can feel free, because they certainly need some help. I have heaps of ideas for GTA 6, even ideas for GTA 5. Call me.

It also was 3 heists to be fair and the cayo vid was an hour long
See, the cost is fine enough. It is a massive underground lair that gives you access to multiple different powerful vehicles, like the Avenger and Khanjali. But then like, nightclubs and arcades and all cost the same and are arguably more useful in some ways. The Kosatka gives you the very, very useful Sparrow and access to the best money making method in the game. The Doomsday Facility would be so much better if the heists themselves actually gave more money and weren’t so horribly designed, I’ve never seen anyone actually do that stealth mission without getting caught the moment they landed without instantly being failed.
@@michaelzhang9806 yep pretty much, i'd actually try the doomsday heist if it gives min 3 mil for all those really long preps otherwise i'd just stick to Cayo perico for sub 7min solo stealth 1.2mil
Nightclub is also easily the best thing for someone who already has a lot of business running allowing packaged goods sales and a passive income.
Same goes for the arcades that unlocks the casino heist and another passive income source along with the terminal upgrade allowing any business mission acceptance from the arcade.
Then the bunker facility despite its supposed importance and scale with the heist doesn't even any of the useful mechanics given from either of these facilities.

@@officerspooder no, a.i bad is a common trope even before the heist was added, they didn't invent the a.i bad trope.
@@bonk4225 The only times I saw the opposite trope (AI is good) there always is an "AI is bad" trope included, with the good AI usually being humanoid in comparison to the evil, giant super AI that is a big cube (Yep, it's always a big cube). Oldest example, and thus most unspoilery, example I can think of is I, Robot.

I think it's kinda wholesome to hear a bit more of lester talking about himself than just hear him screaming at you in most of the mission, it builds character

@@traingirl3234 you gotta remember tho, GTA 5 Story Mode takes place in 2013, Doomsday Heist takes place in 2017, it's totally possible Lester's personality changed a bit in those 4 years

i did this heist a long time ago just to realize the only reward other than the awful money payout was to be able to call lester to get the cops off of you for free when it was $600 at 5 stars lmfao
What a lame reward. You literally get more than $600 just by robbing a convenience store, so you can rob the place and then immediately call and use Lester and you'd still have turned a profit.
Tbf you also get the discounts for the Stromberg, Khanjali and Akula which are all pretty strong PvP vehicles. Of course you also get discount for the the Deluxo, but that thing is BS so it does not count.

Doomsdays heists are the hardest heist in the game. Except for Act 2 finale, that one's pretty easy.

as a person who played the doomsday heist i want to say that this is very accurate

@@Bobbicita If you know the replay glitch, the person that traditionally uses the avenger instead typically drives a boat out to where the submarine is. Instead of using a boat to go there, use a toreador and you can wait underwater exactly where the submarine mission ends.

The moment I realized there's invisible juggernauts I knew the doomsday scenario was ridiculous. There's no reason these missions should of been that difficult.
They should have just been regular juggernauts. The thermal vision can see them, so what’s the point?
To add on to this, even if they were SOMEHOW meant to be this difficult, make the payout worth it atleast.

I literally rage quit Doomsday three times before finally somehow beating all three acts in a row with some 12 y/o random who may have died like 20 times but persevered and seen it through, shout out to that kid he did a lot better than he thought. Lol
The third time I literally almost slammed my controller out of rage for the first time in my life couldn't make it past the avenger mission because we kept getting bodied by the guys on the second floor of the hanger and I didn't have a thermal scope like a big dummy.
Also I didn't know until after the first time completing the heist that you can just simply buy your way through the setups apparently... When did they add that to heist???
i remember one time i randomly joined the finale on hard, me and that dude spent literally from like 9 pm to 2:30 am just dying on repeat on one specific ass part but through determination we did it

I remember playing with 2 of my other friends spending 7 hours a day, well into the morning trying to do it, and each attempt thankfully easier than the last, by the third day we breezed through it and took a break from GTA as a whole

Can I just say that your pain and suffering through setup: avenger made my day- I successfully did it once with a PUG for someone else, and have never been able to do it for my clear since. 1/141 so far (and as stated above, the 1 isn’t for me so technically shouldn’t even count). Thank you for showing me that it’s not strictly me.

I did criminal mastermind for this heist with my friends and it took so many attempts.
@WillGeorge Evans you will definitely need a mic and your whole team will also need mics. And everyone needs to be at least level 80 plus I'd say. And everyone needs to be good at the game with good communication skills. It was ridiculously stressful even when I had all of the above. I tried it dozens of times with different groups of people. It's got to be people you feel extremely comfortable with and know well.
