more videos on how to create a passive harmonic filter on a budget level which can also actually reduce harmonics please.

@1:39 if the harmonic current flows from one to phase to different phase, still the harmonic are not eliminated right, will the harmonic on phase A present on phase B or does it cancel out, if it cancels out can you please explain how it works, as when, i browsed all the passive filters seem to be grounded

How do you size passive harmonic filter

It must be remembered that all Passive Harmonic Filters are not made the same way - Its complexity and cost are as wide as car models and for a good reason. The cheapest passive harmonic filters are done when you just want a power factor correction. But then, If you have a consistent electronic failure problem and your harmonics are very high then you need to go for a custom made passive harmonic filter. i have a question, i have huge harmonic at one of branch from MDP to SDP i tried to tune passive single tune filter at that mdp at certain order, instead reducing it was increasing the current at that orde, i tried to detune it but it somehow result other orde harmonics increase. The part that i tuned was the lowest load in the system that draws 1,6 Amps while other is like 9 to 20 Amps. Is there a problem on how i tuned the filter ?

I think you mean resistor, not reactor 0:22

No, that's definitely an AC Line Reactor. A “Reactor” is another name for an inductor.
