Hi Sasi Kumar, this is Bansuri. If you are clarifying on notation basis then well this notations can be applied and played in any flutes as far as you follow the same style of notation.. :)

For M all the fingers should be open right ?

For in Carnatic flute notes: since Sa is with th closed first 2 fingers (first 2 holes from blowing hole-mouth piece)
M usually close all the fingers and open the 1st finger (first finger next to blow hole- mouth piece )
