With Jarl joining the meta I’m really interested in trying Howl again. With enough blues it lets you trigger Vyn on smaller hands and break the frostbite to unlock your turn. The other card I want to test again is E-Pot, pays for envelops through a frostbite, pays for pummel when they have warmongers, gives you extra blues, etc. The matchup might be bad enough that it’s not worth trying to solve, but i haven’t tested enough to know for sure.
I think our days are numbered even on non-redline lists tbf, I've played some test games vs my friend who is a guardian main who has been building Jarl, and it feels like Victor but with the dial turned up on offensive pressure and passive disruption. It attacks every single weak point to Vynnset, and it honestly feels like a 20/80 matchup, if that. Only time I've really done anything impactful is if they brick, or I have a great opening hand on the play, you need to hope they don't hit an early mangle while you hit the gas early, turn 3 onwards it really goes downhill fast if you haven't gassed them. I try not to be all doom and gloom, but it's horrendous XD
Yuck. Yeah guardian has always been quite rough for us. Hopefully we have a couple decks in the format that can help keep him in check. We will see how prevalent he is / what we can get away with.

Cool ideas! I look forward to seeing what you come up with. We definitely have access to a couple interesting tools to help deal with frostbites.
