I upgrade from the buds2 to the buds 2 pro a week ago , not a MAJOR upgrade as I was expecting and the pros have worst fit in my ear. But if you are getting buds first time or coming from lower tier go for the pro 2 , its easy to find good deals now a days. I paid 120 bucks dierct from samsumg here in brazil.
Hello @larysius . Thank you for the comment. I have looked in the accessibility options, both in the device and earbud settings and am unable to find the customization bar you mention. Samsung has removed this feature quite some time ago. We are still waiting for them to bring it back. They state it only changes the level automatically.
I have the galaxy buds pro? Will resetting it fix issues. I'm scared to do this. I don't wanna lose anything. What data will it erase For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
You can try resetting the buds inside the wearable app, This will just reset the buds. No data of the device will be removed. If you can try using another device to test the buds with and see if the issue persists.
Ive had mine for a year. I hate them. They make your ears ache and itch after wearing them in 20 mins. Always falling out when talking or eating. I bought some over ear headphones which work so much better
Nice review..well detailed.

I thought I was the only one going through that situation. Glad to know I am not alone
The ambient sound customization bar is hidden in the accessibility options.
