I always enjoy these types of stories occasionally. But this one is different from,the others, he really pays no attention to the FL in the beginning. But I guess that’s the lesson - don’t take what you have for granted and just push it to the side when you really value it most. I like how this movie had a male that showed the other side of that - working hard and persevering for his love. Luckily for him he had an opening and fought for it. I was starting to get turned off because villain seemed like she was getting her way. Although the guys can be blamed, the female villains just take it to another heinous level - so I like she was put in her place. I liked the way this story unfolded with the tragic couple - FL tried to make it amicable (not leaving him bankrupt or on the streets) … and even the ending was tastefully done. It’s so interesting how this plot has so many variations now. The redemptive arc of this was good.
Best 3 parts were when ML1 who she/FL married explained how he was with her when she was left on the road by exML2 & then fainted/passed out. He took her to the hospital cared for her but put no pressure on her & left her to decide what she wanted to do. Second part I liked was when FL explained what love was to exML2 at her wedding. Third part is the exML2 finally understood how wrong he was and tried in his own way to ask for forgiveness while acknowledging he did irreparable harm & then made amends in a tangible way so FL could forgive him, if she wanted to, without guilt or any obligations hanging over her head. Interesting version of this drama...I am sad the ex ML2 actor was the bad guy again I truly love watching him as the good guy he has an amazing chemistry with FLs when he plays the part of Hero/good person I will also say he does a tremendous job making you dislike him as the antagonist. He is a very gifted actor I hope he gets more roles. I realize my opinion might be disliked but I find life is better and happier if you look for forgiveness and the good in life...him finally acknowledging to the person he hurt that he did wrong and not attach any blame but accept his culpability can sometimes free up the person that was hurt. I see it as him looking to find something good for others out of the mess he made & darkness he caused...

I can't hate Bai Yu in this drama. Aside from Wang YiRan, he's one of the my favorite actors. He's a versatile actor, he knew how to portrayed his character very well.

If he knows he's caused all this, damage and doesn't deserve forgiveness, why wait till he's on his deathbed to apologize and admit his wrongdoings? Of course, she terminated her contract. Everything he did throughout the drama and the female lead leaving him, he brought on himself. He mistreats and disrespects her for a mistress and ruins her reputation. She comes home from the hospital and he's with his mistress who is wearing her pajamas. As she said, she doesn't need his permission or consent to leave. Meaning she gave him what he wanted. She completely disappeared from his life. He made his choice every time he chose his mistress and disrespected her. Now that he's dying he writes her a long letter admitting he was wrong for everything he did to her?
The fact that he treated her as he did in the 1st place cements the fact that he shouldn't get a 2nd chance. As the saying goes :Once a person shows you how they are, believe them:. 👍🏻

Plus the ml dint get enough punishment before his end.

If he slowly got to miss her until all his life is destroyed it would be more satisfactory than him just doing a 180 the second she leaves, he forgot all interest in that other lady and remembered all his love for the FL when literally 2 hours prior he couldn't give 2 shits about her and he indeed was a cheater and even got the girl pregnant.
This was a pretty good drama. Good pace and decent acting. FL is rather meek to start, but when she decides to end it, for her its over. ML is a fool from start to finish. But there is a decent ending. Worth the watch
Omg, what a complete psycho the ex was. He's screaming at the mistress that she killed his child with the FL but he forced the mistress to have an abortion. Was that not his child too? YOU killed both your children you nut job😵💫 And what was with the plant? could they not find an actual tomato plant but had to stick tomatoes on what looked like an umbrella tree?
Okay drama, chemistry weak but at the end little daughter encouraging her mom and pushing parents away on the 1st day of kindergarten made the whole drama.

This was a pretty good drama. Good pace and decent acting. FL is rather meek to start, but when she decides to end it, for her its over. ML is a fool from start to finish. But there is a decent ending. Worth the watch

Omg, what a complete psycho the ex was. He's screaming at the mistress that she killed his child with the FL but he forced the mistress to have an abortion. Was that not his child too? YOU killed both your children you nut job😵💫 And what was with the plant? could they not find an actual tomato plant but had to stick tomatoes on what looked like an umbrella tree?
Okay drama, chemistry weak but at the end little daughter encouraging her mom and pushing parents away on the 1st day of kindergarten made the whole drama.

fue una historia fuerte.....maltrato, abortos, asesinatos ,secuestros ,tortura.....tanto le costaba creerle a la esposa despues que aparecio la amante? a su hijo lo maltrataban en su propia casa, tenia las evidencias que fue la otra y seguia con su mente cerrada...buen final para el y la esposa sufrio tanto y le quitaron a su madre y a sus hijos, entiendo su decision al final
