The stupidity and disrespect of some tourist amazes me. First of all who goes up to a dog or pet without asking the owner or guard in this case if they can pet it? Signs posted say that horses can bite or kick and don’t touch the reins. Dah. It worries me when I see a parent put their child up to the horses face. If the horse decides to bite the child’s face, the child could end up with a missing nose, ear or a scar that lasts their lifetime. Also a horse can easily bite off a finger if they are having a bad day with all of the touching they have to endure. Tourist should be kept at a distance from the guard and their horses. The current situation allowing tourists to give the horses treats and petting the horses is going to turn into a disaster at some point.
