What a crazy week!
In my case working on my throat chakra = vocal coaching for the last 10 months. It's paying off, too: I can finally say I'm (with enough takes) able to create something approaching the sound I'm going for. In fact, while I still practice daily, I've pivoted toward spending more time on my composing/arranging these days. Decades of musical frustration, but I'm finally on my way!

I did some shrooms this week and was very surprised by the outcome! Having been an advocate on the crises line for domestic violence.... some years ago... im finding this huge shift between masculine and feminine energies, quite parallel to that particular emancipation. My shroom journey highlighted the fact that I am massively accumulating trigger/reactions from every little particle of masculine energy in any person and/or environment😂. I was aware of this.... but suppressing the emotions. Shoots just created a huge outpouring of that energy. I'm finding this part to be one of my most important learning lessons right now.... because that aspect is not going to get easier.... it's a very long long running dynamic on this planet! I medidirate, I cord cut, I'm super diligent about creating boundaries.... but my shroom trip said I really need to be experiencing these emotions, because it's hard on my energetic system. The guidance was clear about the energy being e eternal... and not internal..... so I felt calm and confident as it all unfolded.
Today I feel strong and peaceful❤
Doing it our own true unique way is what is going to deliver the Golden Age❤. Instead of artsits following other trending artists....there will be more unique styles and genres😊
