"Josh Rundle", more like Josh Fumble at the end of boulder #2
😂😅 ngl this hurt, but only coz it’s true 😂
If only you got points for try hard. Cause at least you have great attempts.
@@ericlin158 thanks! maybe in the next vid, I’ll just make up new rules just for me 😉😂
Best comment here.
@joshrundle what if you climb is scored by what your own limit is? For example, you could score higher on a V11 (if that’s your limit),than a pro on V13, if that pro has a documented climb at V14.
The closer the individual climber is to his/her limit, the higher the score. You could toss in flash/2nd&3rd attempt modifiers
Insane Jana drop knee at 16:17!
I watched that like 5 times, looks absurd
This colab is so unexpected, but love it
edit: good to see you in my country
Wow, do you own an entire country?
@@00Platypus00 fUnnY HahA
13:35 the full Janja.
“The queens dead but anyway” 😂😂😂
"At Adam Ondra's climbing gym in Ostrava" *shows the climbing gym in Brno*
Jana's back 🤯 that's some impressive muscle definition!
I was really happy you uploaded new video and I saw it is in my home city gym so now I´m double happy
I like how v11 is amateur
then what are we ?
He is a really good amateur, but definitely an amateur. V11 is not a level that could be considered pro, even disregarding the fact that he simply doesn't live from climbing. I know a V11 climber who works a normal day job and I know he is far from the only one.
@@BeautifulFreakfulbased
@@BeautifulFreakfulamateur and pro aren’t the only two options lol
@lachlantierney damn that first boulder she made look so easy but I know that is so impossibly hard
@confusedclimbs I like that she pointed out advantages she has being a smaller climber, I mostly hear it the other way around where shorter climbers complain about the advantages taller climbers have. Advantages and disadvantages in both. climb to your strengths!
I love to see an "Average" climber comparing to a pro, keep it up Josh!
14:00 Even going full try hard mode and Josh manage to look good. Epic save 💪
haha thanks! I was trying so hard haha
@basilecarlot that face towards the ground when you took that swing on the 3rd boulder said it all 😂
Very enjoyable vid, Jana is such a crusher 😊
@mylifeisindisarray Jana's finger strength is INSANE!
@nirvaesh magduuuuuust!!! hopefully one day i will have the opportunity to travel to different gyms around the world (and rock as well). Though luckily I have 2 climbing gyms within walking distance from me.
@gowrissen - the flash is over whenever I see crimps popping up as well, can't leave enough chalk marks behind on those minuscule holds
I have a wall in my garden. I left my chalk bucket under a gazebo under a table, and it was soaking wet this morning, so I couldn't take it to the gym.
Anywho, I just ordered your chalk bucket, Josh.
Extra points to Josh for entertaining falls
Josh's ad segment was too legit
"Just someone else with a long neck" 😂
@mystishio I love the look of the chalkbucket.
Jana's strong as hell! And you're pretty funny! 😁
Impressive save too!
the recreation of the scorpion move on boulder 3. Just wondering why not aking original footage and recreating it ^^ (exposed by reaching for another hold as in the actual send try)
@@Skippoization the recreation was only for the bit where we talk about it not on the actual send just to show a different angle 😃
While playing the video press 5 or 9 really fast on the numpad. You're welcome.
@wnvwitzenburg What a nice way to challenge each other. Chances were pretty even with the set of boulders. Well done. Looking forward for more. And Janja, your a beast on holding on but wow that one move where Josh almost dropped. Insane.
@timgrobe, I love that bag! Would be so exited about it.
Good video, love your content 👍
@Rems_Reel i saw you driving with Magnus on the backseat !
@thathatmann awesome to see you in Czech!
@pbutler stoked for this vid!
I feel like this comparison is the perfect example of mechanical leverage differences in body types.
I'm speaking generally of course but if someone is short, slender frame and (more importantly) have shorter fingers, they are most likely going to weigh less and have a better finger strength to weight ratio.
While its likely, larger people can put more weight into a palm down sloper and hold off the friction easier, especially with bigger hands.
Of course the opposite weakness can be trained, and there are all body types that are good at both, but i feel like the mechanical advantage can be genetic.
Bro science over.
@xesthetic_art it’s so impressive how height and someone’s style of climb can be so different yet they’re both such great climbers
@lukasnys love the chalk bucket & climbing!
@fudgeyrudgey - need me a new bag for flashpoint bristol sendage!! Amazing video as per!!
@willi1s loving the content as always. The right mix of fun and info
@behold81 finally a Rungne with colour.
@sebastianborths, who doesn't love a Josh Rundle/Rungne colab?
@climberviolinist Jana is not just super strong the improvements from attempt to attempt were super smart. 💪🤓
@sophiefeakes loving the vids as always and that chalk bag is soooo nice, love the colours
@c.llum
Enjoying the look into competitive routes !
@mikecedro those initial finger holds are crazy!
@way2flexi Verdant chalk bucket looks great! Fitting because you were the Perdant (loser) of this challenge lol
@marek.hales Great to see you in my local gym!
@frankieleprechaun Can’t believe the amount of tension going through you in the first boulder. As a tall climber much shorter than you would love to see you coming up with contents on tension holding for tall ppl in boxes lol
@san__josy i blame the gym for the "cheating" on the first boulder. so it's basically adam ondras fault...
@kxnoaa best ad read ever for the chalk bucket
Where was the bodycontrol on the 7b orange dyno boulder?
Such a clutch!😂👍
You need to find problems that require the 'forbidden technique' 😂
@denisngphoto the new chalk bag looks good!
@chiquis._.94 got into climbing 1 year ago and loving every minute of it. Been watching your content as well as others on my journey. Even built my own home wall 2 months into climbing 😅
@eliagordon ive always wanted to try magdust and this bucket looks sick!
The small crashpads are dangerous for the ankles. Seem to be off for the boulders.
We use them in Czechia and Slovakia, never had an issue with them. If anything, it makes the big drops nicer.
@kira.lancz
Jana is such an inspiration!!
@0mar.hegazi
Just tuned in, loving the videos so far!
@ctoy12 just bought some new chalk, but I really want to try magdust. Great content as always!
@itspantherg Its a really cool looking bag. Im gonna be moving to the UK soon so super exiting to try out UK gyms :))
@jussi_sa - that bucket looks amazing. Good luck to all!
@nbuss99 that bucket is so fire I love those colors so much 😮 😮
Worre_the_great
I really need a chalkbag so pls🙏❤️
@jaket1994
I’ve been wanting a new chalk bucket 😍 love the content Josh
@rickiejai love the design of the chalk bag!
I just got my first V6 today, it was crimp holds lol. Ironically my first V5 was also a crimpy one :)
@nacho.cede
She's insane, I hope she keeps projecting Excalibur
I want to see her do Terranova. I mean. Of course she should climb what inspires her but I think both would be really cool.
In the other video we filmed with her we actually try Terranova together and get some other sneak peaks into her process and training so keep your eyes peeled for that video in September
@karl.edt
ngl, i love seeing how diffent hight just completely changes the way one had to climb. awesome video
@merlijn_de_hoop_ The first crimpy boulder is such a nice one, but her flashing it was so impressive. I guess it explains why she is a pro though 😃
@death.by.dualtex the czech police for sure recognized magnus in the back and let you go
@luke_piggott_73 it’s so cool to see you collabing with these insane climbers in awesome gyms. Love to see your channel grow and seeing these creative entertaining ads
@poetscientist great vid, lovely chalk bag!
@dyl.c__ that chalk bucket looks too good
Her showing him how to NOT do it made my day^^
Edit: nice try though
I’m fighting for my life on the toilet rn
Granvilleneoo 🙏🏼
„mikolajek_sztuka” well mine nickname isn’t that creative as other people 😅
Idk how anyone can like slopers…
@felikcs boutta pick up that mag particles
@wojtekchlopicki the chalk bag looks great!
@captainoflogic
Enjoyed the vid! Love to see the difference style preference makes at such a high level.
@the_broomesh4nk_redemption - that's a stunning chalk bucket, and the opportunity to finally try Magdust! Win Win
@le_rem_ben such a nice collab between two so different climbers!
@letsblended need some of the mags-dust.
@nomnomstan First one already looks insane!
magnus in the car seat
@ofekh1000 That’s definitely the best looking chalk bag I have ever seen!
@rcrd_rocha my gym doesn't even allow regular chalk, just liquid chalk. But that chalk bag looks great!
@momotheblur Love you videos! Jana is so fun to watch
@limhurjin why do europian gyms look so good 😭
@shellfishclive, being tall isn't always an advantage!
Too true :)
Not always, correct, but almost always ;-)
_teoanton_ Please iv'e never tried the magdust!!
@ten.billion.frames Really enjoyable channel, always with great guests. I would love to see a video like this but you set a route that you can do/ flash that a pro can’t. If you haven’t done that yet.
That is a great idea! I will try and get on that and see what we can make :)
@txdo_msk
I am obsessed with finding the perfect chalk. Getting tired of screening, then crushing all the chunks!
Got to get on the magdust! Best chalk in the business
@theovictorelli awsome bucket
@9mario_erik8
You and Magnus safed my Sunday with your Uplouds.
It's comments like this that make all the travel, edits and late night worth it. I just want to make people happy with my vids, thank you for watching
@j_black95
Will Josh help out another Josh? Guess I'll have to find out in the next episode
@david_cbns I need a big chalk bag to stop spilling my chalk on the mats during my boulder sessions
@ping_goo_
Certainly an upgrade from the babies first chalk bag I got from my centre
@shinggho yes sir
@jan.bicherl cool seeing that beeing small is finally an advantage
gray_son_ke_nny
Great video😊
And beautiful chalk bucket
@svenrottering love the bucket
@dannybolducb V15 crimp climber in a slopper dyno competition. That would be cool
