It expresses the strengthening of the unity of the organization and the Increasing enthusiasm.
For example, fisherman uses the flag to wish for a large harvest.
Japanese anthem was legislated as Japan's national anthem in 1999. but the lyrics are from the 10th century Kokin Wakashu, composed in the 1800s.
