Sir is main sain off day nahi nikla, for example agr aik person off day ko work karay, to o kaisay nikal dai ga with formula app nai to 30 days ka kia hai is main, actually 1 day to har jaga off hota hai 26 days kaam agr off day ko kom karay to e overtime hai o kaisay calculate karainge

mistake in overtime column.... if somebody off one (1) day and next day he has done 12hours duty then he should be able to get 4 hours overtime,
