सर आपने जो ये अटेंडेंस शीट बनाया है। अगर ड्यूटी का समय 8 घंटे है, और कोई भी बंदा 12 घंटा ड्यूटी करता है तो ओवरटाइम वाले कॉलम में 4 घंटा ओवरटाइम ऑटोमैटिक ऐड हो जाएगा।
अगर मान ले की आज के दिन कोई भी फेस्टिवल है, जैसे- दिवाली, ईद इत्यादि और कंपनी का बॉस बोलता है की आज आप सभी को ड्यूटी आना है उसका ओवरटाइम मिलेगा। और सबलोग ड्यूटी किया, और अटेंडेंस शीट में 8 घंटे घंटे डाल दिया गया, मगर जो 8 घंटे attendance शीट में ऐड किया गया वह ओवरटाइम में कैलकुलेट नहीं कर रहा है, क्योंकि वह तो regular वर्क डे है इसलिए, इसको क्लीकुलेट कैसे कराएंगे। कृप्या इसपर विडियोज बनाएं।
