    I have that same machine, but with open cab, I like it and I think Bobcat builds a awesome machine, the local dealer is very weak, the salesman was Johnny on the spot, answering text in minutes, even on the weekends, he never answer a call or text after I gave him the check. I spoke to the branch manager about it and he seemed to think that was normal.

    One I used a machine capable of plowing in water line or cable I have never wanted to go back to digging. However a plow still needs a mini excavator to assist. But its so much less disturbing to the ground and much faster. 50-60 thousand ft a day compared to 15 hundred ft. But alas a plows usefulness can change with the territory.

      About 18-24”. We don’t have a super deep frost depth.

    How long did it take?

      @ThriftyGarage  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was a weekend project. Probably 10-12 hours to trench and another 6-8 hours laying pipe.

    How much did you charge for this job

      Not a dime! Seriously though, just helping a friend out on this one. It probably would have been around $2,500 for the labor and equipment. They provided all the materials, laid the pipe and back filled.

      @@ThriftyGarage that seems really low.

      What do you feel that is too low? What do you think is a more realistic price?

    I know that's not the way you find pipe in the ground

    Why not put the spoil to the right? I guess you didn't want to mess up the grass. But why not keep your spoil further from the edges so the dirt isn't falling back in the trench. And keep the edges and bottom clean for your laborers. Last tripping hazards, less work and easier to get in and out of the trench.

      He said in the video that there is an electrical fence wire to the right.
