“Multiple qualitative dimensions of space” are in evidence in the Astrological mandala, or Zodiac/House cycle. There are oppositions, but here are also many other relationships: sextiles, trines, conjunction, quincunx, and many others. These ideas of spatium are very helpful to the astrologer, since the natal Chart implies a kind of unique personal space. In fact this is the perfect philosophical-scientific concept to explicate this to clients.
