The loneliness you feel watching JP having basically only the machine YC as a talking buddy. Scream volumes of how nobody was beside him other than halmoni. Even though it's funny their relationship but it's so sad and heartbreaking that nobody saw his Golding nature nor were patient to make him open his heart and let his guard down. And when he did. He was again left alone. Gosh 😢
Kim Seonho is definitely a hit in this Start Up project. The character of Han Jipyeong is felt in every scene and makes you wanting for more and wish that he should be the lead star

Yeah man, he carried this series pretty hard. I actually thought he was the main male lead until they turned him into a side character halfway into the series. Dal-mi should had chose Han Ji-pyeong. Got me so mad when they shifted route to the WEAKASS Dal-mi/Do-san pair. And I'm still mad. Han Ji-pyeong definitely did WAY MORE for Dal-mi than Do-san ever did for her.

I cried a bucket seeing him with grandma. He was just good in putting emotions in his acting.
Those "What am I expecting" sentences scream the loneliness inside Jipyeong's life. Yeah, what would you expect with that machine, still at this rate. Though some years ahead it might be more advanced, and filled by more of human touch, another human companion is way better.

I was watching this drama..and watched till 3 episode but I have a habit to reach and find the information about the drama i liked but.. when I reached it then find out the Han-ji-pyeong is not be able to together with her... then I was heartbroken..and I stopped watching and cry alot..I am not saying that the main lead was not good.. but still.....and i am not his fan till now..this my first drama of his..hi won my heart....and I am looking forward to his good dramas...

Han Ji Pyeong screams 2nd Male Lead syndrome!! It's definitely one of those drama series that you can't help but root for the 2nd Male Lead even though you know his not gonna get the girl at the end, but still you continue to root for him and fall in love with his character, and when the drama finally ends instead of being happy for the female lead and male lead you can't help but be heartbroken for the 2nd Male Lead, 😭😭😭... Well to be honest, grandma wasnt as nice to him as she should hv been…she should hv preferred hanji over dosan knowing that how much hanji did for grandmothrr and dalmi..she was not even okay with him staying at her house. I feel granny used hanji alot and gave him lot of pain…its not wrong of hanji to expect from granny to choose him when he asked why can’t it be me 😢

Great concept very poorly, if not downright incompetently executed. Done as a straight romantic tragedy, a la Romeo and Juliet without the suicide, it would have achieved greatness. As it stands, all it achieved is pretty much nothing. Of exactly zero lasting value. No Lady Go Ae-shin or Lee Ji-an here. No Eugene Choi or Park Dong-hoon. The comedy was bland, the romance pathetic, and the drama completely unbelievable. Own goal.
