His lawsuit is a small claims one. So if he won he would get between $2k and $5k. At first From Soft will send a response. If the judge is smart enough then the case will be chucked out of court. If it isn't thrown out then From Soft will need to go to MA to defend the claim. They might just settle out of court and give him some cash.
