In this video Dr. Varun Wasil-MPT(Orthopaedics) from Sukoon Physical Therapy, Jalandhar explained about 4 symptoms when we need lumbar disc surgery. Most people often asked about when we should go for surgery in slip disc l4-l5, l5-s1, This video is made for all patients having slip disc or lumbar disc herniation to make aware about symptoms present when they need immediate surgery to recover. This is called cauda equina syndrome. It has 4 major symptoms:
1. Loss of Bladder/ Bowel control
2. Muscle weakness mainly in Foot
3. Saddle anaesthesia
4. Numbness and loss of sensation in foot.
