He's not angry or negative. The message he has is so passionate that he's screaming it pretty much unintelligibly. You need to pull up the lyrics. It's a song of self empowerment and kindness towards oneself.

Ronnie Radke is a literal fucking genius when it comes to music. He's by far and away one of, if not my favorite, artists of all time. All the lyrics are him. He writes and performs all of it. No ghostwriters.

I'm not saying that there aren't good musicians in FiR or that there weren't back then (non of those you just heard are still in the band). But they have little to no influencer on the recording. The current drummer Luke Holland is one of the best of his generation eg, but he learned to play Watch The World Burn only a day or so before the video shoot. He is not in the actual recording.
I wish I had a chance to see Falling in Reverse, but I just can't afford to travel to the US atm. I hope you'll have a lot of fun at the show!
