Okay, I like Mac, but honest to God, I love Frisco...he doesn't even look guilty. He always has this air about it with any of Felicia's suitors, husbands, whatever, like...she's mine, no doubts. He even keeps his hand in her hair, looking straight at Mac and talking to him. OMG. I want a Frisco.
I'd rather have a Mac. Someone that reliable that would be there no matter what. Someone with a loving, forgiving heart. An excellent, solid, selfless husband and dad. Sure, he is a straight A type of guy, but he loves wholeheartedly. He took care of Robert's child and Frisco's girls. Those girls adore him because he was there for them.
I think what so many people miss is that being someone's best friend is what can lead to becoming so much more. And in Mac and Felicia's situation that's exactly what happened. It took some time but what they became as a couple started here...one should never dismiss how important starting off that way can be. It lays a much more solid foundation for longevity than fast, furious and passionate first love...I know. Because I had both in my own life story.

Mac was true but at the same time I always felt his timing wasn't the best I mean Felica had just been through an unbelievable emotional gauntlet, between Maxie being sick, seeing Frisco again & then finding out your daughter's saving grace is the niece that you helped raise. Give the girl some time to recover before dumping her! (That said I'm glad it happened cause we got some Frisco/Felicia loving & baby Georgie! which I'm still ticked off that they killed her)
If you really loved her as he claims you do not break up with someone and Maxie wasn't even out of recovery yet even if all his points are valid how in the world could he do this to her in the hospital of all places when everything jumps happened very disappointed in Max but like many have said at least it gave another Frisco and Felicia story and brought a sweet Georgie who should not have been killed off such a senseless act on the part of the writers
I like how comfortable Felecia is in Frisco's arms, when he makes her sit down and get some rest, and she lays her head on his shoulder.. too bad Kevin barged in and interrupted them. Frisco didn't seem to like Kevin at all..
Mac was definitely, on paper, the better person and my toxic trait is I will always choose Frisco for Felicia every time but seriously not the time to break up with her. Yes, you see there is still love there but her child also just wne through a traumatic surgery that was only possible due to the death of her niece. Emotions are all over the place, so maybe dont make big decisions like breaking up with your fiance in the midst of all of it.
I don’t think Mac should’ve expected Felicia to have the depth of love for him that she had with Frisco. All our loves our significant differently, doesn’t mean we don’t have passion for them just may be different
This is hilarious! Mac says he won't accept second best by being perceived by Felicia as being her rock. He wants the blind, passionate, and "unrealistic" love that is so obvious between Frisco and Felicia. Then 18 years later during Frisco's return in 2013, what does he do?? He agrees to marry Felicia when she proposes to him because he is her rock and because as Felicia told Duke, her love for Frisco was otherworldly. So, in essence, Mac settled when he never found what he was looking for and Felicia did too by choosing her rock rather than passionate love. That is real life I guess. Just don't want to see it in my soaps. Sad.
I Loved Frisco&Felicia they were a super couple!!They were a couple in real life too.!I didn't like The wavy they portrayed Frisco as a dead beat dad....They had amazing chemistry.... Neither one of them ever talked about why they got divorced or what went wrong in their marriage. All JW ever said was it was good while it lasted to Oprah. Kristina said the divorce was good for her because she lost her identity in the marriage and wasn't being a very good mother to Oprah. I saw a video of interview JW did on a morning show to promote WCTH during season 8 and he said he'd just broken up with a girlfriend and how you learn something about yourself in the relationship and apparently he learned that he projects an image in his head about his expectations of what a woman should be---in a way their answers are very similar as to why their marriage ended without answering it directly. What we forget is that their careers took them in different directions, which means he was probably gone a lot +what makes a relationship work at one point in time can also cause problems at another point in time. Mac was never going to have a "sizzling" anything with anyone, he doesn't have charisma; he's nice enough but Robert was bursting with charisma and energy and the real life chemistry between KW and JW is what fueled Frisco and Felicia. She only really shined in scenes with JW - I could barely sit through a scene with her and Mac or really her and anyone else, KW is not a very good actress. The couple not together in real life but who brought the fun and chemistry were Robert and Anna - both the actors portraying them were terrific and natural.
I think they look good together, truthfully didn't watch General hospital during The F and F time but Frisco wasn't around for the kids so it's hard to like him as a couple with Filisha ( spelling )
If GH had been willing to give JW the raise he wanted in 1991 he would have stayed and there would be no Mac and Felicia. He got the offer he wanted from Santa Barbara and left. They really had fun with the characters and brought humor into their scenes when they could and it made them a fun couple to watch along with the adventure. That was all of JW's personality---if you watch the BTS videos he posts while filming WCTH or the wedding march franchise he executive produces and acts in for Crown Media you can see what a practical joker he is and how he makes the set fun between takes. JJY has a laid back personality and so does KW and that's why they're so boring together
