Yeah Lucky went to his father because he knew that Luke would understand and be able to help him with his pain in that moment. Luke might not have always been the best father, but whenever Lucky, Lulu or even Nikolas ever needed sound advice or protection Luke was always there for them.
That line references when he found her just after she had been raped. Elizabeth deserved that tongue lashing but Lucky throwing her rape in her face like that I had a real problem with.

JJ was utterly brilliant here. And I have to say...watching JJ and TG act together is simply breathtaking. I have never seen a greater chemistry between two actors. It's almost as if there is no script, no cameras and we are eavesdropping on a father and son. Amazing. He's 33 now, I still believe JJ will have an Oscar-worthy breakout.
BM'S Jason did not the benefit of memory when he found out about Liz in 12/2015, but now that he has his memory back, it would be ridiculous not to write him being cautious where she is concerned. I already see that he writers are writing Sam as gullible, I hope they change this poor me attitude with Liz if they go that way.

I’ve watched there whole relationship up to the part when he found Elizabeth and knew she was raped and helped her and they fell in love. They were pure magic in the 90s. The writers messed up so bad! How could they ruin what they had. Cannot take this rn😭😭

I love everything about the scene between Luke and Lucky! How crazed Lucky looks when he demands that his dad give him a glass, how he looks at the cup of coffee Luke pours him like it's foreign before moving it out of his way to continue drinking the scotch and finally, when LuLu tried to take the scotch from him earlier, he wasn't allowing it, but LUKE (Dad) got through where Sis couldn't. Go JJ and TG! Spencer magic! Emmy-worthy.

What gets me in these scenes is the background music. Can Nikolas ever take accountability even once? IT’s messed up how she pushed Nikolas away but then he starts spending time with Brooklynn and then she wants him again.
This is why lucky will always be one of my favorite characters on general hospital or any soap opera. He and Jason have always been my favorites. So has Michael but I didn't start to like Michael till Chad duell took over. I started watching general hospital at the end of Franco's first big storyline in 2010.

Just because some of you like Liz it doesn't make what she did OK because where I come from having sex with someone brother is the worst thing you can do to someone. So what if lucky was trying to talk to Rebecca, it's not like Nikolas was dating Rebecca at the time because if he was then it would be wrong, yes lucky cheated on Liz with Maxie but if I remember correctly he was on drugs which means he wasn't in his right mind. Liz on the other hand was in her right mind when she ran up stair in the dark to go in have sex with Jason and then when she found out she was pregnant she lied to lucky about him being Jake father.if you listen to him he clearly says that he thought they have forgiven each other from him sleeping with Maxie and her having sex with Jason and lieing about him being Jake father.
By the way he didn't even know about Jason until Jake's paternity reveal at the B&W ball. Yes Lucky slept with Maxie and lied about it while hopped on pills for months but Liz's lie went for over a damn year. If that ain't square I don't know what is. And as you pointed out he was heavily addicted at the time of his affair and was sleeping with Maxie to continue that addiction which Maxie manipulated the hell of out of him. Elizabeth even admitted she has a hero complex because when Lucky no longer fulfill the hero role, she turned to Jason instead of being Lucky's hero for once. She admitted she turned her back on him when he needed her and she sank lower by using sobriety as an excuse to not reveal her fling with Jason. I would have given Liz a pass on the Jake thing had she not done the same shit with Cameron who was Zander's son and Zander was Emily's husband. Jake and Cameron storylines were literally the same thing. Also people using Lucky and Rebecca dating are full of it, Nikolas was seeing her as Emily and shouldn't been trying to date her in the first place. Also Lucky wasn't with Liz and hadn't been for two years at that point. All I know is Elizabeth had a man who was willing to be her children's father even though they didn't carry one ounce of his DNA. Not many men would do that. Even after this she still hasn't learn her lesson as she then try to use Aidan to manipulate both Nik and Lucky and still wanting men she discarded and are trying to or have moved on.
michelle bachellor I know that Emily had left which is why I was originally okay with Liz sleeping with Zander but her behavior during her pregnancy with Cameron made me dislike her cause originally she tried to get Ric to believe it was his baby when she decided to go back to him and followed the pattern of stripping Zander of his rights to Cameron so Ric could raise him (its quite familiar to Jake's situation except Lucky's was left in the dark for over a year). So all I am pointing out is she has pattern of being a rebound and then lying about her baby's daddy.

Just because some of you like Liz it doesn't make what she did OK because where I come from having sex with someone brother is the worst thing you can do to someone. So what if lucky was trying to talk to Rebecca, it's not like Nikolas was dating Rebecca at the time because if he was then it would be wrong, yes lucky cheated on Liz with Maxie but if I remember correctly he was on drugs which means he wasn't in his right mind. Liz on the other hand was in her right mind when she ran up stair in the dark to go in have sex with Jason and then when she found out she was pregnant she lied to lucky about him being Jake father.if you listen to him he clearly says that he thought they have forgiven each other from him sleeping with Maxie and her having sex with Jason and lieing about him being Jake father.
By the way he didn't even know about Jason until Jake's paternity reveal at the B&W ball. Yes Lucky slept with Maxie and lied about it while hopped on pills for months but Liz's lie went for over a damn year. If that ain't square I don't know what is. And as you pointed out he was heavily addicted at the time of his affair and was sleeping with Maxie to continue that addiction which Maxie manipulated the hell of out of him. Elizabeth even admitted she has a hero complex because when Lucky no longer fulfill the hero role, she turned to Jason instead of being Lucky's hero for once. She admitted she turned her back on him when he needed her and she sank lower by using sobriety as an excuse to not reveal her fling with Jason.
I would have given Liz a pass on the Jake thing had she not done the same shit with Cameron who was Zander's son and Zander was Emily's husband. Jake and Cameron storylines were literally the same thing.
Also people using Lucky and Rebecca dating are full of it, Nikolas was seeing her as Emily and shouldn't been trying to date her in the first place. Also Lucky wasn't with Liz and hadn't been for two years at that point. All I know is Elizabeth had a man who was willing to be her children's father even though they didn't carry one ounce of his DNA. Not many men would do that. Even after this she still hasn't learn her lesson as she then try to use Aidan to manipulate both Nik and Lucky and still wanting men she discarded and are trying to or have moved on.
michelle bachellor I know that Emily had left which is why I was originally okay with Liz sleeping with Zander but her behavior during her pregnancy with Cameron made me dislike her cause originally she tried to get Ric to believe it was his baby when she decided to go back to him and followed the pattern of stripping Zander of his rights to Cameron so Ric could raise him (its quite familiar to Jake's situation except Lucky's was left in the dark for over a year). So all I am pointing out is she has pattern of being a rebound and then lying about her baby's daddy.
+Cassie Smith ....funny how liz fans can't understand simple right and wrong concept...I like Sam, but it was wrong of her to sleep with Ric...see right is right and wrong,is wrong...Liz is very wrong ...sleeping with your man's brother is wrong no matter what your reasons are.

Beatrice Hill not just that she and lucky were married and she did not try to help him through his rough patch she sought comfort in another man Jason and when that hidden relationship failed she turned back to lucky only to hurt him again with infidelity so does not learn from her mistakes at all.

@QueenAquarius i agree with u too but i guess it's more personal with him and liz given the fact that they have so much history, think back at the late 90s when they were so in love and i guess he just never thought she would stoop that low, in his eyes, it's the old liz so he was more disappointed than anything as to his brother, he didn't expect that either but it's nikolas...lol, i mean, he's lashing out at his lover with whom he shares more with, i guess that's why he was more upset
